Startup Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced 3D designer, highly skilled photorealistic artist, and animator with a strong portfolio in product design, character design, and animations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of 3D design principles, and a passion for bringing concepts to life.

We are looking to fill a leadership position and multiple 3D design team positions. You will be responsible for leading a team of designers to build our 3D rendered content while also supporting and mentoring other 3D designers on the team.

Qualifications for “Team Lead”:

A candidate who can work efficiently and be flexible
Experience as a mentor, team leader, or project manager
A candidate who has verifiable 6+ years of experience in the 3D industry.
Bachelor's degree in relevant visual art or technical fields such as Computer Animation, Graphic Design, or Architecture.
Extensive experience in 3D modeling of spaces and 3D content - from architectural visualization, product visualization, retail design, lookdev, or interior design
Expert level knowledge of at least two of these software - Blender, Maya, Unreal/Twinmotion, 3dsMax, D5render and Vray
Expert level knowledge in Sketchup or similar architectural software
Unreal Engine experience is a plus
Experience with Photoshop and Adobe creative suite is a plus
In-depth knowledge of 3D production pipeline and workflow, including modeling, texturing and rendering
Good understanding of most CG techniques: animation, motion graphics, compositing, visual effects, modeling and rendering
Strong understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and rendering techniques used in photorealistic art
Ability to offer technical, creative, aesthetic, and practical input into decision-making processes
Luxury high-end aesthetic and eye for style
Extreme attention to detail
Hardworking and reliable
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills
At least one professional reference is needed from a former employer related to the field.

Qualifications for “Team members”:

A candidate who can work efficiently and be flexible
A candidate who has verifiable 2+ years of experience in the 3D industry.
Bachelor's degree in relevant visual art or technical fields such as Computer Animation, Graphic Design, or Architecture or 3+ years of experience with an extensive 3D portfolio.
Experience in 3D modeling of spaces and 3D content - from product visualization, architectural visualization or interior design
Expert level knowledge of at least one of these software - Blender, Maya, Unreal/Twinmotion, 3dsMax, D5render and Vray
Expert level knowledge in Sketchup or similar architectural software
