The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader will be responsible for: Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our Residential & commercial properties
• Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment
• Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment and do any other tasks required by Operations Manager
• Ability to give direction to Crew members and run teams of 2-4 and communicate effectively with other crew members
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Takes pride in work
