Landscape Maintenance Foreman Duties to Include:
Must have experience leading a crew 2+ years preferred
• Spring and Fall Cleanups
• Edging and Mulching
• Pruning and Weeding
• Lead a crew of 2-4 employees
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to plant trees, shrubs & perennials according to industry standards
• Read and interpret landscape drawings
• Operate a variety of equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, attachments
• Comfortable with fine grading, sod and mulch install to industry standards
• Must be able to drive 1 ton truck with trailer
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Osha 10 Certificate highly desired
• Ability to track times & materials for each job
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on a daily basis
• Communicate with project managers and sub-contractors

Rate of Pay - 17-21 per hour

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Duties to Include:
• Spring and Fall Cleanups
• Edging, Mulching and Bark Blowing
• Pruning and Weeding
• Operate zero turn mowers
• Planting trees, shrubs, perennials
• Installing mulch, sod
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Osha 10 Certificate highly desired
Must be able to take direction from Crew Leader as well be capable of problem solving minor things.

Rate of Pay - $15-$17 per hour
