Hardscape Installation Crew Leader
Expected skills and abilities 2+ experience is a must.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Understanding of site grades and its effect on the landscape.
Knowledge and ability to install stone steps, patios, walkways and walls(free standing, retaining, mortared, veneer).
Capable of safely operating skid steers, mini excavators and various other pieces of equipment.
Knowledge of and able to work with carbide chisels and power tools(drills, grinders and saws to aide in shaping stone.
Understand the standard processes of stone installations.
Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet.
Maintain communication with team members to complete assigned tasks. Training
Help maintain a safe jobsite and maintain morale within team members. 22-25hr
